Price

Per business (tax included; before tax in parentheses). Free plan: free of charge (advertising is shown in the Service). Basic plan: ¥550 (¥500) per month or ¥5,500 (¥5,000) per year. Premium plan: ¥1,100 (¥1,000) per month or ¥11,000 (¥10,000) per year. On the Premium plan, AI input can be used up to 100 times per business per calendar month (Japan time). No extra charge for additional members.

Other charges

Internet connection and communication charges needed to use the Service are paid by the customer.

Payment method

Credit card (processed through Stripe).

Payment timing

Fees for the paid plans (Basic and Premium) are paid in advance at the start of each period (one month if paid monthly, one year if paid yearly). The first period is paid when you apply; after that, each following period is charged automatically on the renewal date. If you change from the Basic plan to the Premium plan, the difference is settled by the method we specify. When your card company bills you depends on its own rules.

Start of service

The Free plan can be used immediately after registering an account. A paid plan can be used immediately once the application (payment) is complete.

Contract period and renewal

A paid plan is a contract of one month if paid monthly or one year if paid yearly, and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.

Returns and cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the Service's settings or by contacting us at the e-mail address above. After cancelling, you can use the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for, and the next period is not charged. After that, the Free plan applies and your data is not deleted. Fees already paid are not refunded, including when you cancel partway through a period, yearly periods included (except where the law requires otherwise).
